Business coaching and mentoring do they work?
There are times when we all need some extra support and if you can get some excellent coaching and mentoring. For those who say to me I cannot afford it, I say you cannot afford not to do it! Like a good accountant it will save you money in the end and the journey will be amazing.
Be prepared to work hard. Be prepared to be challenged. Be prepared to act not think about it and do nothing.
Be prepared to be happy and then not so happy as it dawns on you what you should be doing and haven’t been doing!

Hi Valerie, we had some good and challenging times together, as you have said.
A prime motivator for change is often stated as, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you’ve always got!”. i.e. if you want to achieve something different, you have to DO something differently.
Whilst I agree with the principle of this, experience shows that this statement needs a caveat – if you always do what you’ve always done, others will overtake you and you will end up going backwards!!
